 Suhasini Kalyan is a seasoned Information Technology professional with over 10 years of management and hands on experience in all areas of software development and testing. She has extensive experience in the regular SDLC and Scrum methodology of software development. Her experience includes working for major telecommunications and financial companies. She also has several years of experience working for major defense contractors and holds an active secret clearance. Suhasini is an Information Technology major from Virginia Tech and is also a certified CSTE professional.

Sapna Sharma
Co-Founder /Co-CEO

Sapna Sharma is finance professional with extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Sapna has experience working in both established and startup companies. Sapna holds double MBA in Finance and Computer Information Systems from California State University.

Naveen K Reddy
Co-Founder / Executive Vice President 

Naveen Reddy has over 8 years of software consulting experience which is spread across Information Technology, Telecommunications, Banking sectors. Naveen also has experience working as a Federal contractor in government sector. He has extensive experience in Designing, Developing & Testing software applications and also brings the expertise of leading the on-shore/off-shore teams. Naveen holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and M.S in Computer Science from George Mason University.

Balaji Kalyan
Co-Founder / Executive Vice President

Balaji Kalyan has over 15 years of Management and hands on experience in the areas of Program and Project Management, Systems Management, Database Management, and Corporate Strategy. He has worked for several large companies in the Information Technology, Finance, Manufacturing, and Telecommunications domains. Balaji holds a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and an MBA from George Washington University. He holds professional certifications including PMP, Oracle DBA, and ITIL service management.
